Overview

As a Brand Coordinator you'll create electronic and printed marketing pieces such as direct product and service fliers, presentations, website landing pages, mobile banner ads, and more. You'll also serve as a first point of contact for day-to-day brand and marketing support across the company — fulfilling requests for brand files and assets, helping prepare for trade shows and events, and coordinating outbound shipments of branded materials and merchandise. Other daily tasks include daily tracking of projects and communicating directly with stakeholders regarding any art-related issues or artwork proofs and approvals. This position will require excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a desire to work in a fun but fast-paced environment while managing numerous projects at once.

 

Objective

To support the creation and delivery of content that help drive customer and employee acquisition, retention, and development at FSG.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of content under the strategy outlined by the Chief Marketing Officer and Brand Manager.
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Canva, and Google Workspace to build sales, marketing, and internal communications content that supports specific and general efforts of various departments, including sales, HR, training, IT, and more.
• Design, format, and update flyers, collateral, and presentations to FSG brand standards, taking the lead on recurring and routine requests.
• Serve as a first point of contact for internal brand file and asset requests, and help keep the shared brand and marketing asset library organized and current.
• Support trade show and event preparation.
• Coordinate outbound shipments of branded merchandise and marketing materials, and help track inventory levels.
• Use AI and other available tools to work efficiently on repetitive production tasks, verifying all facts, figures, and claims against approved source material.
• Work with the marketing and guide center team as well as local opco teams to make sure content is effective and engaging.
• Follow ethical practices with consumer and customer data.
• Continually learn new equipment, software, and industry practices to create the best content possible.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and to own recurring responsibilities with limited day-to-day direction
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with deadlines, specifications, and shipping and event details
• Ability to keep a good attitude and work with a team under pressure and stressful situations
• Understanding of and ability to work in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Canva and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with WordPress and website CMS management
• Comfort using AI tools to speed up production work
• Three + years in corporate communications or marketing team is preferred
• Ability to problem-solve
• Ability to multitask
