Location: Fishers, Indiana
Position Type: Full-Time | On-Site / Field and Office Based
FSG is seeking an experienced Branch Safety Lead - Electrical Construction to take ownership of safety operations for our Indiana branch.
This is a senior individual-contributor position and does not directly manage a safety team. Instead, you will serve as the branch's primary safety professional and subject-matter expert, partnering directly with project managers, superintendents, foremen, field employees, and company leadership to maintain safe, compliant, and productive jobsites.
You will oversee and support safety across approximately 10–15 active projects at a time, primarily within commercial and industrial electrical construction. This is a hands-on field role for someone who is comfortable visiting jobsites, identifying hazards, coaching field personnel, conducting training and investigations, and taking ownership of the branch's overall safety performance.
The right candidate understands electrical construction, knows how to communicate effectively with field teams, and can balance regulatory compliance with the realities of an active construction environment.
This isn't a desk-based corporate safety position, and it isn't a traditional people-management role.
You'll be the go-to safety professional for the branch, with the autonomy to manage your territory, build relationships with field leadership, influence how work is performed, and directly impact the safety culture of multiple electrical construction projects.
For an experienced construction safety professional who enjoys being in the field and wants genuine ownership of a safety program—without managing a large department—this role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact across the entire operation.
