We are looking for a hands-on Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead crews, manage work, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently. As the Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and running crews involved in the installation or repair of electrical systems, or may be the primary jobsite supervisor on smaller construction. The ideal candidates will have a solid employment track record, and demonstrate integrity and reliability.

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial job sites

• Plan, assign, and coordinate daily work activities and manpower

• Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and electrical drawings

• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with NEC, company standards, and job specifications

• Enforce safety policies and conduct jobsite safety meetings

• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, inspectors, and cross-functional trade teams to ensure smooth project execution and communication

• Track productivity, materials, and job progress

• Train, mentor, and develop apprentices and journeymen

• 3 to 5 years of commercial electrical work
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree

• Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical systems

• Proven leadership and communication skills

• Strong safety mindset and jobsite awareness

• Valid driver’s license
