Our Kansas City team is growing! We are looking for a hands-on Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead crews, manage work, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial job sites

• Plan, assign, and coordinate daily work activities and manpower

• Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and electrical drawings

• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with NEC, company standards, and job specifications

• Enforce safety policies and conduct jobsite safety meetings

• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, inspectors, and other trades

• Track productivity, materials, and job progress

• Train, mentor, and develop apprentices and journeymen

• 3 to 5 years of commercial electrical work
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree

• Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical systems

• Proven leadership and communication skills

• Strong safety mindset and jobsite awareness

• Valid driver’s license
