We are currently seeking an Experienced Prefab Electrical Apprentice to join our San Antonio Prefab Shop team. This is a shop-based position, focused on building high-quality electrical assemblies that support construction projects—this is not a field role.

 

This opportunity is ideal for an apprentice with hands-on prefab or commercial electrical experience who can step in and contribute immediately in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

The Prefab Electrical Apprentice will: 

  • Bend and assemble EMT conduit (½”–1¼”, including offsets and saddles)

  • Spool, cut, and label wire according to prints and shop standards

  • Assemble and wire electrical panels and prefab assemblies

  • Use hand and power tools (benders, drills, impacts, cutters, saws, etc.)

  • Follow all shop safety procedures and quality standards

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation

  • Perform additional prefab shop tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree
  • MUST have Current State Apprentice Electricians License
  • MUST be able to pass a background screen
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to multitask while staying organized
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Positive customer service skills
  • 2 - 4 years of experience required
