Propel Career Academy is seeking an Institutional Effectiveness Specialist to support both daily academic operations and major institutional initiatives. This role ensures smooth academic processes, supports faculty and students, and leads the coordination of accreditation materials and compliance reporting.

• Maintain academic records, calendars, and compliance audits.
• Manage student and instructor access, credentials, and support within Blackboard.
• Oversee book inventories, course materials, and cohort scheduling.
• Provide faculty training on academic systems.
• Serve as lead coordinator for accreditation projects, compiling reports, evidence, and submissions.
• Track deadlines and ensure readiness for accreditation evaluations and site visits.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Higher Ed Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years in academic operations, compliance, or accreditation roles.
• Experience with Blackboard or other LMS systems strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Accreditation experience (ACCSC, NCCER, SACS, or similar) a plus.
