We’re looking for a Lead Apprentice to join our Electrical Prefab Shop team. This role blends hands-on learning with leadership, supporting shop operations while mentoring fellow apprentices.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily prefabrication tasks and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
  
  
• Mentor peers and foster a collaborative, growth-focused shop culture.
  
  
• Contribute ideas to improve workflows and processes.
  
  
• Act as a bridge between apprentices, leads, and supervisors.

• What We’re Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed an electrical apprenticeship.
    
    
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and precision.
    
    
  • A team player who inspires others and communicates clearly.
    
    
  Balance of big-picture thinking with the discipline to follow through.
