The field service technician performs different types of support at the customers location, such as troubleshooting, setup, and installation of systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in commercial settings, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
Install & Maintain: Install and maintain electrical systems and equipment, adhering to safety standards and building codes.
Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service, educating clients on preventive maintenance and safety regulations.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service calls, training, and expenses.
Licensing: Valid Journeyman Electrician license.
Experience: Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting within commercial settings.
Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
Background Check: Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
