As a Service Coordinator, you will examine and analyze work order requests from customers and schedule the appropriate field technician, relaying important information such as contact person, and service to be rendered or article to be repaired. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of lighting maintenance strategies, experience in scheduling crews, and great customer service skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate must be able to commute to our facility daily, and have Excel and other computer knowledge. We are looking for career-minded individuals who will grow with our company.
