Field Service Technician Tasks:

• Be the technical hero who swiftly diagnoses and resolves complex equipment challenges, delivering immediate solutions that minimize downtime and drive customer success.
• Maintain records of service calls, training, and expenses.
• Be a critical first responder for emergency service calls, demonstrating your expertise and maintaining real-time communication to ensure swift and effective problem resolution.
• Proactively guide customers through best practices in preventive maintenance and safety compliance, serving as a trusted advisor both in-person and over the phone.
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager.

• Schedule: Normal working hours of Monday-Friday 7AM – 3:00PM. This position may offer or require overtime, weekend, night or holiday work.
